With over 5 years of teaching experience, Elaine’s clientele has grown to include private voice, piano, songwriting and music theory students. Elaine offers both in-person and remote instruction, and is currently accepting new students.

Elaine is a fantastic vocal teacher who makes every lesson super fun. Using her years of professional experience, she tailors my lesson program specifically to my wants and needs as vocalist within a band, so everything remains very practical. In the couple of months I’ve been coached by Elaine I have seen dramatic improvements in my vocal abilities. I cannot recommend her enough as a vocal teacher to anyone (both inexperienced or experienced) looking to enhance their singing abilities.

Elaine has the ability to meet a student exactly where they are and guide them to their next level in music with grace, wit and patience. I’m lucky enough to take songwriting lessons with this wonderful teacher! For me, I approached this after a 10+ year hiatus from songwriting…I had lyrics and snippets that never got finished, and was a bit…. stuck. Elaine showed me how to follow through with ideas, learn proper song forms and then find my right flow to make it my own. This, while being a source of humor and patience for those moments in life when I felt less than the most graceful. She is just awesome!
